Both of our original Spanish Colonial buildings have been lovingly restored with modern amenities, and our new building is Contemporary Tropical. The Economy room is located near the front of the property and does not have a balcony, however is a great option for budget travelers. Deluxe rooms have glass enclosed balcony's with screens. Superior and Luxury Rooms are "Pool View" and more quiet as they are located at the rear of the property. Please note 13% local tax is extra

CANCELATION POLICY:
We will gladly refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation 30 days in advance of your arrival date, 1/2 refund if cancelled 29 days to 7 days in advance, no refund if cancellation is less than 7 days. Please note that applicable PayPal fees will be deducted from your refund.
